page 3 - Breakfast Reception, 14 March 1999
The project team hosted a breakfast reception on the morning of 14 March 1999 at the NTUC Club SW for our Guest-of-Honour, Mr Chng Hee Kok, and invited guests from all our partner organisations. As this project was organised and supported by a wide range of social, voluntary and welfare organisations, the breakfast was a blending social event for everyone. The breakfast was followed by the flag-off.
